The last hero (2017)

As a worthy representative of Russian fantasy about hitmen, one can recall the modern comedic interpretation of folk tales. The events of the film unfold around a simple guy Ivan Naydenov. He takes part in a television show, portraying the psychic Svetozar. Quite by accident, Ivan from modern Moscow is transferred to a parallel world.

The hero of the film finds himself in Belogorye – the fantastic world of Russian fairy tales. Epic characters live here, who have their own special life. Fairy-tale creatures take the Moscow hitman for the son of one of the heroes. They turn to Ivan for help, considering the guy a carrier of magical powers.

Black Knight (2001)

The protagonist of the film is a young black guy, Jamal Walker, who works in the Medieval World amusement park. Once Jamal was cleaning a moat with water and noticed a medallion lying at a shallow depth. Trying to get it, the guy reached over the railing of the bridge, could not keep his balance and fell right into the water.

Jamal emerges from the moat and realizes that he has entered another era. Shocked by what is happening, he learns that he was in 1328, in Medieval England. It suddenly turns out that the locals perceive the hitman as the ambassador of the Duke of Normandy.

We are from the future (2008)

An equally interesting film made in Russia about people who fall into the past is a story about young guys who accidentally find themselves in the center of military events. The main characters are Bormann, Alcohol, Skull and Chukha. These are black diggers who earn their living by finding and selling wartime awards and weapons. At the next excavation, the guys find explosives and documents of soldiers, anticipating a good profit.

On the shore of the lake, the diggers drink to celebrate their good fortune. One of them studies the found documents and is shocked. The old military photographs show… the heroes of the film themselves. The guys jump into the lake to cool off and remove the obsession, but emerge in 1942.

The girl waits a long time to be found. Tired, she decides to leave her shelter herself. Opening the closet door, the young heroine of the film is surprised to find herself in a winter forest. After wandering among the trees, Lucy meets a faun who tells her the history of the land of Narnia.

Aliens in America (2001)

Count Thibaut marries Princess Rosalind. During the wedding, an unknown person pours a potion into the Count’s glass. Under his influence, Thibault kills his young wife.

When the effect of the potion ends, the hero realizes what he did. Trying to fix everything, the count meets with the magician and asks him to return him to the past. The sorcerer agrees, but at the most crucial moment he makes a mistake and sends the Frenchman to America at the beginning of the 21st century.
