15 Spanish detective series

Temperamental Spaniards turned out to be real aces in cold-blooded investigations of criminal puzzles. Long-running films from a sunny European country are increasingly outperforming their American counterparts in ratings. The best Spanish series in the genre of thrillers and detective stories have already been bought by the Netflix streaming service, and the leadership of the popular platform knows a lot about great TV shows.

Berth (2019 – 2020)

Alexandra’s cloudless life is destroyed by the tragic news of her husband’s death. Oscar is found dead on the dock and the evidence points to suicide. It is difficult for a woman to believe the facts – there were no prerequisites for suicide, but more shocking news lies ahead. A childless widow learns that her husband led a double life, often going away to his mistress , who gave birth to a child from him. And Alexandra wants to know the real cause of Oscar’s death.
