Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder where a person feels unsafe to be out in the open, in a crowd, or in a public place. Often this leads to a fear of going out into the street, and, as a result, to seclusion. Woman in the Window (2021)

Thriller from Netflix based on the novel of the same name by A. J. Finn. Psychologist Anna Fox, who experienced severe trauma as a child, became a recluse due to agoraphobia. She spends most of her life in her apartment, and communicates only on the Internet. Sometimes the heroine peeps from the window for the neighbors. On one of these evenings, she becomes a witness to a crime. However, no one believes the strange woman, because the corpse was not found.
