Evil season 3 – when is the release date?

In 2019, the CBS television channel launched a series in the horror genre with the speaking title Evil. The project turned out to be quite popular, but the second season came out already on Paramount+. Before the end of the second season, its creators have announced the ordering of new episodes, the development of which began in 2022. No official release date has been given, but the rumored release date for season 3 of Evil is scheduled for June 12, 2022. The creators of the project remain spouses Michelle and Robert King. Aasif Mandvi, Michael Emerson, and others will return to the roles.

At the center of the plot is a group of several people united for the purpose of studying paranormal phenomena. Katya is a police psychologist. She does not believe in religion and does not recognize any demonic manifestations. One day she is asked to help in the investigation of a crime committed on the basis of a person’s possession by Satan. The girl sets to work and she discovers the truth, which may overturn her view of the world order. The adventures of Katya and her companions will continue in the third season, whose release date is expected to be June 12, 2022.

In the investigation, Katya is asked to interact with Michael. The man once worked as a journalist, but due to certain circumstances, he became a believer and began studying to become a priest. The head of the church appoints him as a sort of evaluator of paranormal events. The man does a similar job to Katya’s, but he does it for the church. His task is to gather evidence of the existence of demons, which will help develop methods to combat them.

Joining forces, the pair investigates various cases attributed to the manifestation of some otherworldly forces, which sometimes proves fraud and falsification, but sometimes also raises new questions. The release date for season 3 of the series Evil is set for June 12, 2022.

The show’s writers have not revealed plans for new episodes, but it is expected that the pair will continue to explore things further, and there may be an addition to their company. Representatives from Paramount+ said that with each episode, the audience for the series is growing, so they have a positive view of its future, and the King couple shared that they have enough material for the story.

As the story progresses, the characters meet people who represent paranormal forces, some of whom become allies. It is more likely that in the new episodes, the team of explorers will have more helpers among the representatives of otherworldly forces, but at the same time, they will acquire powerful enemies. The new episodes will be released on June 12, 2022.
